FWIW I scrapped a stack of 8chos, wings out performed. I dont know melons. Have you tried pulling out steel leader, let spread?

I tried everything wit the wings setting....didn't work for me...the way my beds are I would love for the light shooting down the middle instead of to the side...I have a extra bac room for running test and it's looks like the others hoods are out performing
The wings.IMO...if u look at one of my pics u can see in the bac ply wood it's show's shaded area in the middle and strong side lights...
