I've only grown outside. I am going to harvest my plants in about 2 weeks. How do you cut out all the branches in a scrog to dry buds? Seems like you would just have a bunch of short sticks with a bud on them.

I dunno... Never done a scrog. We use a drying rack that we bought from AC Infinity. To use it, we tried cutting the branches to short lengths, like you mentioned. That worked okay, but we ended up wet trimming and putting the buds on the drying rack. The rack is in a tent, so we run the fans while drying. That works well.

That's also not a "dumb question."

Assuming the trellis and the plants are sufficiently entangled that you can't pull them apart, you'll either cut the trellis or cut the plants. I like to dry my plants whole, so I cut the trellis.

I guess if I did some kind of homade net i would do that. I see how you could have no choice.

Thanks for the heads up on the rack.
