Nice dude. They look like the soil is staying a bit on the wet side. Letting them dry back a little can launch them. Lowering humidity as well can help if not already done.

Just saying, all the leafs are drooping and look a little heavy with moisture, swollen looking. Cupping down leaf edges is overwatered.
