Just follow the fluence and led guide lines (like my spydrx plus requires 6-8 inches for good growth ) on where they want that plants canopy for the light for, key is for a young plant is to dim the light down or even when they are in clone, big stage , seedling stage you really should have 30-60w led or a t8 and don’t waste your power yet ( not worth it and your plant want it)

plants under leds want a diff temperature environment than “ traditional lighting“ and you get better results with c02. Temperatures you need need “ on cycle “ 80f-86f on the canopy and follow vpd and raise nutes 15-25% vs traditional dosage ( since using c02, plant will be in vigorous mode )

Beg veg c02 900-1200ppm
veg stage c02 1200-1500 ppm
Flower stage c02 1200ppm -1500ppm
end flower (last 2-3 weeks ) 1000-1300ppm
