Just wanted to drop a few lines to get things started. I am an older man who in the 60s was very much into the pot , but over the years got away from it due to work and family...well you know.I have always wanted to grow but the few times I have tried it the plants were spindly and weak and never really turned into much. So i am going to need some help and am hopeful that this will help my arthritis. It really is starting to be both painful and expensive. Thanks in advance for any and all guidance. Later. R
