Just Some Quick Advice

I've searched and searched and can't find much on it, I've been out of the purchasing phase for a few years now and took the last year off from growing, needless to say im out of the loop with as fast as this industry moves, im looking for some type of controller that I can run off my 220v plug, I just need two lights and then some 110v plugs on it to run my other equipment, it's the only power supply I have in my space, just need a quick answer to point me in the right direction and I'll continue the research from there. Thanks guys
