I harvested about a bucket and a third this year and in 10 days after driving I have about a 1/2 of the bucket left. It has a tight lid and so I want to ask, should I jar up,and let curing start, even more than it is in the bucket which is minimal. I feel like it is fine but why not let it get going on curing?
