Keeping Mums

I got a new wardrobe to set up a small space to keep 2 or 3 mothers plants and to root clones, the goal is to get 30 cuts every two months with minimum electricity consumption.

I have no experience with mother plants or clones so I'll follow the OT1 Guide To Bonsai Mums... my doubt is about the minimum required lighting, the idea is to use two Skywalker T5 60cm, 24W each, It will be sufficient for my needs?

It's about half of what you need. Add a few cfl's in the corners.
And expect your clone capacity to be a little less due to space constrictions. Best of luck.
