I had a pretty nice grow last time but for the but lol
I have bad luck so to say with my plants getting seedy.
I hope I have found the answer in too much lux and maybe with over feeding
tho I been watching that part for quit a while.

The new stuff I hear and make notes of is keeping me busy trying my best to do it right.
I seen this in my email today.......

Dam nice DWC set up $215 with a $55 coupon and I signed up accidently for Amazon Prime for a month so Free Shipping too!
So $160 + tax not bad and could do the monthly payments so would not impact me to much.
I am liking this so much I am really considering buying it, ya I guess I could make it also, lol but am to lazy.

This grow is a breeze so far with some picky minor things happening that had no effect on the plants.
The Tent temp is 81 right now and the RH is 43%
I am feeding 1000 PPM of KoolBloom with a PH of 6.7 (They don't seem to mind the low N at all)
With one occilating 8" fan going in the daytime only,
I give them a rest from the wind after lights out.
4" Intake fan is off and 6" exhaust is on at the lowest setting.
The cool steam mister is set at Turbo (lvl 4 of 4)
but I change that when I see RH going to high (Anything over 45%)
MarsHydro 280w FC4800 6 bar Light is in a fixed position.
Lux is between 30k-60k from far edges to highest buds near center.
Distance between light and top of buds is 12"-18".

Trying to stay on top of this grow, I don't want any more seeds
I think they look good and bulking up but I am pretty sure I set them
back a week or even 2 wks. Instead of end of April harvest it is looking
like a 2nd wk in May harvest. Oh well, ............patience.

Glad I did a little research on DWC before diving in lol.
I also seen cheaper systems out there on Amazon.
I think I will stick to what I know so far with soil and the Auto Pots.
I don't think the AP's will work in the Green House, heat will be a problem.
For the GH I will be using 5 gal cloth bags with Mother Earth soil.
Have not decided what plant strains yet. Leaning towards Strawberry Banana for one.

FC4800 is 480w not 280 lol mistake there.
RH went nuts again, was at 51% this morning.
Both fans on high now, lvl'ed off at 79° an 42%

Them cloth pads in there are supposed to release CO2
I brought them last year and forgot about em so stuck em in there for kicks.
You spritz them with water to get them to put out the co2

Week 7
Not as far along as I hoped but so far so good.
I seen a few issues and might have one with the AP's
Cutting down on Nuitrients now, going from
1000 PPM to 800 PPM to 600PPM then Final Finish the last week or two.
Maybe one or two feeds left.

Mag problem on one plant so I flushed with 2 gal of PH'ed water
and left to dry out a bit before re-starting the feed

I think I might have maxed out the feed on the AP's too long so making a adustment to 600 PPM.
The colas don't look right to me. I forgot what it's called lol.

Really starting to stink up the tent now lol.
This is wk 7 but I think they might go to wk 11 or 12 god forbid.
These next 2 weeks should tell me alot. They should be bulking up big time from now on.

Looking good, you're ahead of me on this run. I'm only at 4.5 weeks in my tent. My Bubble Bomb fk up is starting to swell but it'll be mostly for cooking.

My son came over when I told him I was out with a bag for me. Kids in the money now I guess working construction. He brought over some of Mike Tyson's stuff, Pretty good I must say and @$6 gram its a deal.

He also brought Orange Cream cycle & some Cotton Candy...lol...its like going to the Candy store as a kid with these flavors.

He was talking about smoke called Meat Breath & Death Breath.......Fk if Cotton Candy tastes like ......well Cotton candy.....Do I really want to smoke death breath?........Meat Breath?.......fk no I'll take the sweet the stuff any day.....That other stuff must be a hard sell.....lol.....they need a new advertising company.

Checking out the tent with my good eye today and seen some incroachment.
My corner in the back of the tent AP, I think it's Gold Leaf was leaning way over
and kinda covering and pushing the other plant next to it.
I got out my yoyo's and started emptying the tent to get at it.
What a pain!! Got er done tho.

Everything is looking good.
I fed a few while I had them out of the tent and seen that some pots were light.
Now it is gonna get tricky for me.
I lowered the PPM to 680 with
1 tsp Bloom
1 rsp Mag Pro
.5 tsp Zyme
.5 tsp Re-Charge
PH 6.8
Day Temp 77° Light Out Temp 68°
RH 36%-38%
With 1 8" Occilating Fan and 1 6" Clip on Fan n 1 Oil Heater.
Tent is a 4x4 with a peaked roof at the 5' lvl and up.

I am a bit concerned about the AP plants but there is still time to get it right.
The plant doing the best is in a 3 gal plastic pot Durban Poison, I believe.
I got to figure out when to stop feeding and start the Final Finish.
There is some browning pistols but not even close to where I think they should be.
So maybe another week before I start that. (Wk 8 is this Tues)
I am pretty sure this one will be a 10 weeker, strapping on my seat belt for this ride lol.

This first pic is a siphon hose with hand pump attached which I use to get nuitrients to the pots
without moving them out of the tent. Works good with the paint stick to hold the hose in place
at the bottom of the jug.

I think nowadays the legal market is saturated with the sweet tasting flowers. I personally love the flavors of yesteryear, when the 1st hit tastes like you're biting into a ripe skunk asshole

In my day we got 2 kinds that I remember Mex that was seedy and harsh and took a lot to get high with, but cheap as hell and then there was the premium shit like Columnian Gold, Panama Red
Alcapolco Gold, Tie Sticks and hash which was super rare to get. All those smokes were pure pleasure to smoke and get high with but hard to get and expensive in them days.

Patience
IDK this is the last few weeks and they don't seem right.
Usually I cannot wrap my fingers around the cola's, that's how I judge
how they are coming along but I can with room to spare.
By now I expected a inch or two space when I try to check the gurth.
My fingers touch so they don't seem to be done.
Maybe cause of the 2 gal bags? The one 3 gal pot I have in there is the best one so far, pic's are the last 2.
They have bigger colas, almost round like a golf ball and I can barely get my fingers around them.
Or a better guess is because they are different strains, they will have differences in when they're ready and how they look.

I fed them today for the last time, I thought.
Now I am second guessing myself, thinking I should feed one more time before finishing up

The pistols are not all brown.
On the Blue Dream I see hardly any browning. Looks like it is 3 weeks away, yipees!
Tuesday will be 8 weeks!!
PPM is down to 550-650 with a 50/50 mix of Bloom / Mag Pro and a .5 tsp of Zyme

Lowering the temp a little and trying to keep the RH down now that we in the
throws of Spring with some hot days ahead and oh the rain.
I set up the de-hummy outside the tent, it will help alot.

Right now it's 78° and 51% which is to high but prob cause I just fed.
Lately the RH has been 40-45% which works for me.
When I checked the cellar RH it was an eye poppin 54%
Lux is 50k give or take depending where the plant is.

First pic is Gold Leaf one of the AP plants.
It's close but not quite ready, not fat enough either. Maybe another week of growth?

Another AP plant Blue Dream really not ready, I'm guessing 10-14 days more.

This one is Durban Poison and is a little closer but still another week to go is my guess.

Now these look good, not done but fat an juicy lol
Both pic's are DP and they should look really good in another week to 10 days,

Man am I getting antsey can't hardly stand it lol.

Hey, I think pot size contributes to bud size. The bigger the pots ( to a point) the bigger the buds, I know I get my plants bigger all the way around in 5 gallon over 3 gallon. The issue I have with large pots is so much water adding to humidity. My 3 gallon pots take 1 gallon of water / feed & they dry in 3 days ( in fabric pots, 4 in plastic ) In 5 gallon pots it takes almost 2 gallons and they take 6 days to dry so I don't get in as many feeds as with 3 gallon pots.

I swore I wasn't going to use 5 gallon again because they use so much water but I've some plants in veg that are going to be huge so they'll need a larger pot, I ordered some 5 gal fabric pots & I have a 25 gallon plastic pot I may put 1 outside in, just for fun, I see those California monster trees I'd like to grow one year. If we get the weather this year I have a few candidates to try with.

Me too, I have 5 gal and 10 gal cloth along with the present 2 gal but am ordering the 3 gal cloth because I know I will use them someday maybe next grow.
I have a bunch of 3 gal plastic buckets I've been using but I like the cloth pots better.
I have the 10 g cloth pots for outside but only used one a couple of grows ago and ya it takes alot of water, lol.
Depending how dry I let my 2 gal pots go I usually feed every 3 or 4 days.
I decided to feed them one more time, lightly, maybe 500 ppm and with only Bloom. At least I see no seeds this time, crosses fingers.

My only mistake with the AP's was adding too much KoolBloom and other nuites with a 1200 PPM.
I think it was too much for them as they showed stress and I could see they didn't like it.
But no clogs, no overflows, no roots hanging out mucking it up, so the AP's passed with flying colors, imo.
Funny, the other plants in the cloth pots were just fine with the KB, even at that strength.
Live and learn, so far I think this grow was my least stressful one.
Guess I am getting better at this thing, lol.

I haven't shown the clones in quite a while.
I switched them to 12/12 a week ago.
They are still in the bathroom with no air ventilation, other than me going in and out.
I will have to hook that 4" inline duct fan there soon.
The window is blocked so no light gets in, so can't open it right now cause it's still pretty cold outside.

I keep the hummy up by running a fan pointed at a bowl of water with half a toilet paper roll in it, sitting on the heater.
Wicks up and keeps the RH at 47% with the TS1000 at 3/4 strength and oil heat on, it keeps the room at 80°.
It will have to do till the tent clears up in a couple of weeks.
They are 31" n 12" high right now and they are still in the mini pots.

It's funny to me that you are still adding humidity in the basement, I'm now removing it. It was 67% this morning before watering so on went the humidifier. It didn't take much, after a couple of hours it was down to 50% and I'd watered or fed 6 of 9 in 3 gal fabric. My first go with them I've used 3 - 5 gal plastic forever mostly 3 gal ice cream buckets from our store. Duct tape to block the light holes, in the bottom & because of some guy on here saying more holes more holes more holes lol I burned more holes in them.....But I've been sold on the fabric, they justt seem to be better for the girls,

In the bathroom with no open window, it's a closed envirement and even adding it only gets to 41%.

But in the cellar it's a dif story, I stopped the steamer a few days ago. Everything flipped and the RH went thru the roof. Now I'm fightin high hummy.
This morning, and I just looked, it's 51.7% but during the day it jumps up to 55-56%. Rainy season is here and my basement
leaks rivers running across the floor. I have the de-hummy on set at 40% but it's outside the tent, de-humming the whole cellar
cause it won't fit in the tent and my small one is useless for the amount it takes from the air.

Ya, that's closer to me as well. I re read my above and it said I added my humidifier I meant dehue lol....... it looks like everything is healthy and growing well so what ever your doing its working. I'm spending a lot of time with my plants these days...3-4-5 hrs/day sometimes 2 minimum....well smoking/reading/typing/watering/feeding/rearranging/moving/cleaning/fixing/smoking/on and on it goes...lol

Those are pretty tall, do you have a bug enough space for them? You'll have to bend them over. and get a bush growing

No room at all. Bent them down once or twice already n looks like I will have to, I can’t believe how tall they got in those mini pots.
But u gave me a thought, I might be able to put them in the spare room :}

The clones are not in the bathroom no mo
I moved them to the spare room upstairs this morning.
The larger ones did not like it at all lol.
Might have to put a hummy in there and I have to
repot the two larger ones but will wait till they recover from the move.
They are starting to flower :)
