Hey, I have a bunch of the small soda crates I'll line the inside of the tent with them to lift the pots off the tent bottom. I have a bag of insulation around here salvaged from a small job I was thinking of putting them in a plastic bag and sticking them inside the crates before I stack them in.

Nice to see they're healthy and green, You seem to have the hang of the pot feeding system down......It's nice I have someone to follow through with this........and you're just a head of me is perfect.......

I just transplanted my 4 into 3/4 gal pots with a guessed 50/50 mix perlite and promix......getting there, they are 18 days old now. I don't expect them in these pots.long but I needed something interim.

Do you ever check the ph of the auto pot trays compared.to the rez

Yes once or twice and the dif was usually a lil low but nothing to worry about imo.

So kuwl you changed nothing your PH is still 5.8 and running airdomes 4-6 hours a day

Speaking of Pro Mix they finally have it at my Home Depote store but only the pink one the regular Pro Mix they have in Buffalo none here.
I don't know nothing about the pink one tho.

yes I try to keep at 5.8 but if at 5.6 - 6.0 it's ok and I don't bother to adjust.

Ya that's not the kind really any ways, the HP white bales or the Black are 3.2cu/ft compressed. There's been a few guys on here complaining about the costco stuff, I think its different and maybe charged with something like miracle grow stuff and adding our grow fuel fks it up....I don't know grey area...lol but I'd be wary of it.

UV light is on cause I got this Spider Farmer chart that says
to turn on for 1 hr a day starting in late veg.

MarsHydro FC4800 480w Light is on 75% an 18" high cause another chart
says I should lol, so I did. The plants don't seem to mind the increase, so far.

to turn on for 1 hr a day starting in late veg.

Looks great....do you top them at all? or what do they call it bending them over LST or some thing like that? Have you ever given them the Kyle Kushman chiropractic treatment? Check out a YT video on it....

I've cracked all my plants backs now and they bend like a rubber band afterwards
( well easily anyways ) I laid my 3 fters down to the ground almost without snapping the stalk......I also like hearing the snap inside the branches...lol

Topping them twice now, no need to bend as they are bushy as hell but only 12 inches tall.
Depends on their growth spurt when 12/12 begins if I will crack/bend (LST) them or not.

The others are 13", so will wait and see.
Had to add 4 gal of nute mix to the tank, they are drinking good

Yes they need their elevation, I built one a few years ago and its well used, They've shredded the shit out of a post they climb with carpeting on it, when they get all squirrely they hang on it ears back and bolt to the top like water they flow over it...Funny as heck watching them.

Flip day for the 5x5 tent and my dusk and dawn treatment.....I'll have to get up early tomorrow to set the dawn right....I'll give them Dusk tonight.....12/12.....finely

14" an growing :)
I trimmed up the lowers a little bit, really bushy down there.
Everything is hummin' along.
I checked the PH in the pot trays again and it was 608 an 5.8 in the tank ......minor dif.
PPM in the tank was 600 and in the pot tray was 635 not sure why but still a minor dif.
I only checked to get a bench mark if anything goes goofy on me.

I got 6 or 7 cuttings to clone, clone box not ready, so stuck them in a container with a bubbler in it.

Got new backup TDS and PH meters cause my newest Vivosun TDS/PH meter is acting up.
Only the PH is jumping around when I stick it in water to get a reading it starts to jump
randomly, so I have to wait a bit till it settles down to get an accurate PH reading.
They are back lite and I need that to see the readings.
Amazon $20, I like them but didn't try em yet.
Comes with 6 extra batteries (3 ea.) and 2 each of PH 4-7-10 (6) packages buffer powder to set them.
Pretty good deal I think but won't know till I use them :)

Friday is flip day and I can hardly wait

6 weeks in Veg and now the flip is finally here!
I added more nutrients and checked everything
made my adjustments to the timer and it's done.
PH 5.8
PPM is slightly lower @ 580
(I started adding Bloom to the mix at 1/2 tsp or 5ml per gal.)
Lux is about 32k
They grew alot in the past week.
I left light as it is for now but will up it to 100% in a wk or 2.
Going to up the UV light to 1.5 hrs. in a day or 2.
All systems are go for take off

Cuttings for clones but waiting for a hole cutter for the clone box I am making, looking good.

Ah, forgot to check on em and the big one dried out, she'll be ok tho.

Looks good, I had that drying out issue in 5 gallon pots man did they look sad some times, It'll take a hit on the lower leaves and later on those that hang like dead are the first to go.................

I flipped my 5x5 Sunday so I'm just ahead of you on those. I cleaned out my 3x3 , moved it and set up the new light, whew thats enough for 1 day...I'll set up ventilation tomorrow and I'll set up the Auto Pots,,,,,The girls are just about big enough to get transplanted into the auto pot buckets....

Need to get better ones or bigger pump.
I ended up sticking them in the veg tent.
Not much to do now so I'm playing with clones lol.
Everything is humming along and I will prob
take out the mini crates after they grow a bit more.
I am still on the fence of putting in some scrog netting.
Maybe I will try it if I have time tomorrow.
LST'ed some of them figuring they will stretch pretty soon.
Next week I turn up the light some and extend the UV hrs too.

Looks like a few are already on the way out.

I made one last year too but I have better luck trimming them up and sticking them in the dirt after applying some Clonex then keeping them in a dome with daily spraying.......I've been 100% since abandoning my Bubbler. I'm going to use the pump and manifold I bought for it for the air domes in the auto pots.

I set them up today, I cut the lines and put everything together, I've the air dome's and air lines to install, ventilation and some heat, I've 2 -75 w reptile heat lamps I can use 1 or both if needed....and if I have enough power.....I'm walking a close line on over loading my circuits...

I think I can transplant into the auto pots at any time now, My plants are big enough to handle it now.

Yeah, you’re probably right I just didn’t wanna mess around with dirt cleaner to use the bubbler and I was bored but if they start to look bad I’ll put em in dirt

I put a net in the tent today.
Thought I would try it out, had it for 3 yrs and never used it.

Plants are all doing well, no issues.
Light is 16 inches above and increased it to 80%.
Lux is 48k
PPM 620, PH 5.5 and in the pot tray it's 5.4 pretty close.
Nutrient feed is 5/5/5/2.5/5 (Dyna-Gro)
Pro-Tekt/Foliage Pro/Bloom/Mag-Pro/Zyme

Had to put up a blackout tarp in front of the veg tent,
cause I forgot about the on/off light cycle dif.
Broke another PH meter so only the PPM works now on both.
Lucky I brought the backup and it works good.

Everything running smooth, like last time.
Trying not to over think anything.
If I find a herm I will kill it quicker than a goose shits.
On the look out for them every day
