First grow. 5 of 5 White Widows sprouted. Lost 1 to wilt.
2 of 3 Skywalkers sprouted.
1 of 2 Fuel sprouted.
All feminized.

Heat mats at 72 F. Humidity domes. Lights were 12-18" at first, but they looked lankly after3 days after popping.

I dropped the lights to about 7". Removed domes.

Thoughts?

Yes. They're reaching toward the light. 7" seems close, though. What type of light are you using?

Those long stems can be buried up to the cotyledons when transplanting. Roots will grow from the buried stem.

Four tube 54w 6400k fluorescents. Was at 16 hrs. a day. Reduce?
Got a few years on the bulbs. Might need new, but these plants will go outside
How close should I run them? They do produce some heat.

I would just keep an eye on them, maybe raise it up a bit just to be on the safe side(thats what I would do, wait for some other info from a reliable source). Another thing I remember running into with heat mats was they dried the starting medium out more quickly, just another thing to watch for.

Soil is damp. Run the domes or not? I'm thinking not.
Think I'm still ok with 16 hrs?
