Been struggling with grow for what seems like months. Granddaddy purple growing in.3x3 under spider se3000. Lights set at 30%. Organic living soil amended with Gaia green 444 and worm castings. Thought mag def so let soil dry added epsom salt to dressed and foliar spray with diluted epsom salt. No real difference, soil ph done with bluelab soil ph pen is ranging in all pots between 5.9-6.4. Thought also potassium so let dry out again and added bloom fert for mag and potassium and still no change. They are not drinking and dry out time takes forever so in between cycles of trying different things this has gone on for months. I wait to see for weeks if things change before moving on. Slurry tests indicate soil ph is fine as well. Scratching my head. No bugs, so what else am i missing.

don’t give up brother, shit happens to us all, doesn’t matter about experience.,
i’ll roll a joint and come back to help out..
just a note and this is not a diagnosis of your grow, but sometimes that yellow edges etc, could be from too much nitrogen but looks like a deficiency..
anyhoo give me a bit..

Appreciate the kind words brother and any advice you'll have.... No rush, enjoy the toke!

I feel your soil is too hot... looks like to me and others may disagree.. but nutes seem to be too strong right now...
I thought about that as well but with only having added gaia at recommended doses. Then after time elapsed i added the bloom boost. But if they weren't feeding maybe all that hit at once? Maybe flush the soil?

ok so need to know about feeding..
the soil came with nutrients? NPK?
amended with gaia green, did you follow gaia’s amending instructions?
how long have the plants been in those bags?
any other nutrients added in?
your light setting is the intensity strong or weak?
your environment in check?..

So with every company that recommends dosages.... no matter what cut dosage in half

Yes, the gaia i apply is at recommended dosage. I'll post pic of soil and worm. Environment is in check. They all were in 5 gallon fabric pots. One i transplanted into 3 gallon pot with new soil to experiment if it was a soil issue. No change as if yet in that one and its been two weeks. Recommended dosage of the two pics of bloom boost. One dose each of 1 liter.

One bag of worm casting per one bag of soil

ok.. i do have advice, now mind you it’s a matter of elimination of the basics being in check..
firstly your mostly growing organically, but your ph’ing??
with what? a synthetic chemical?.
i’d stop with that..
this to me is more of a watering issue than anything along with too much amendments..
so stop adding those bloom nutes, stop foliar spraying..
i need this answer how long have those plants been in those bags?
i want to know/gauge how strong that soil is?

I ph the water to 6.4 and use a bluelab soil ph pen to check soil ph along with slurry test. Was just trying to rule out anything i could think of. They have been inn those bags for at least 2.5 months now I'd say. Thank you Nick! Really appreciate this.

ok thanks
what’s your watering habits/method?
how much water per plant per watering?

Typically even their feeding a half liter every day or every other as they dry out. These however even when dry still feel heavy. To verify i also use moisture meter to verify dry deep in the pots.

that’s the source of your issue.. incorrect watering method..
those 5 gallon bags do i’d say 3/4 to 1 gallon of water is what’s needed every watering, probably take 3-7 days to become dry depending on plant health and environment..
when and what was the feeding? top dressing?

I haven't watered in 4 days... Last top dress was about 3 weeks ago along with the bloom boost for what i thought was wrong with it. Bloom boost was mixed in with water for instant reaction which there really wasn't any.

well she didn’t need it, but anyhoo it’s about getting to the finish/harvest..

your top dress was gaia?
how much did you use too top dress?

I don't know about those specific Coast of Maine product but their soil when I used it last was full of nutes, I went 4 or 5 weeks without feeding, for their soil line they make the claim of water only germ to harvest if I remember (obviously assuming you transplant appropriately.

my bet is too much too soon and improper watering habits
