I have consistent rusty spots and black spots and yellowing and curling of leaves.

Info of your environment and media would help! What EC are you running at?

You look to be getting pretty close. Plant is finishing up! I would do nothing other than pull most fan leaves and possibly a brewed tea for late flowering. It looks deficient but at this point it is too late to correct. Looks like more airflow would help/thinning lower leaves.

I just experienced this with two plants last grow while the other cames out fantastic. Personally I think it was because my ec was a little too high for that strain. Plus them were the two buckets I couldnt really check on because of how it was setup (resolved) so oh swing could of also been the culprit!
