The next leafs can also be a little strange looking shape sometimes.
I don't really know why, but i'm just thinking to myself that the plant is getting used to the soil. At least it feels that way.

I lowered the light becasue it was way too high up! it was like 2-3 feet (60-90cm) now it's ~1-1.5 feet on 20% power because she kept trying to reach the light and go up

Yeah they can get a bit stretched if they get little light but it's no biggie if you just adjust the light.

I'm mainly just worried she's gonna flop over and just collapse because she keeps leaning

Don't be. You can give it some small vind from your vent. That will make the stem strong.
And you can always give it some support if you need

Yeah I have a little "volcano" type thing around the base made with soil, i have the oscilating fan on it!
There are 2 more seeds in that little "Clamshell" of the plates on the left

Ignore the sensor going to hte floor behind the pot... I threw it over the the top pole to get it right above the soil for good readings

Update:
She's reached the top of the tupperware container/makeshift humidity dome, took it off for a few hours and she's standing strong! the 2 new seeds aren't... cracked yet but it's only been like a day. She's making some good progress, temperatures still at a nice 24-26c and ~70%RH

One of the new seeds taprooted! I planted it in a little cardboard cup inside a proper-made humidity dome, gave her a little mist and im letting her sit in hopefully the darker corner of the tent while she finds her way out. Whilst trying to put the plate back over the bag i accidentally crushed the other.. but Wyrd (fate) gets it way.
