your plants are sick, you'll pick up all kinds of stuff now. That bug did not do that damage.

I'm not a bug guy so maybe theres a bug in another enviro that does that. IDK, i wasnt there.

Are these closest to your ligjts. I can see cupping going on in the pics. I'v seen a ot of heat stress lately. Not saying that is the culprit I i believe it to be part of the problem. Peace, Roscoe

One other plant out of nine has a few leave like it, which I have removed from the tent along with the main damaged plant. I have also notices some of the unaffected big leaves on the same plant have slightly shiny spots on them.

The shiny spots and those bugs pictured are thrips 100%. The burnt new growth looks like something spilled on it under lights to me unrelated

Treating for thrips, no idea what the other problem was, only watered from the bottom and it's the smallest plant and furthest from the light. Ive removed all affected leaves and giving it another few days to recover. If it doesn't it's in the bin.
