Leaf Diagnosis-unusual Look

Hi all-could someone provide me with a little insight? Leaves are turning a weird color after new nutes regimen and new grow location. I started helping out a friend when he moved his girls to a new location. I started them on straight Heavy 16 feeding. leaves have started to develop a brown outline. Almost like rust colored. I’m thinking it might b a PH thing. Pics included.

Thx bud. It’s not that thank God. I’ve battled that beast in the past. Seems it was a PH issue.
