Silica to make the leaf cells stronger
Neem to kill the bugs
Green lacewing larvae to eat every thing that isnt benificial

D. E, turns into silica when wet, aiding in stronger roots and cells, correct ?
U put larvae on your plants? Do the lacewings mature and leave before you harvest? LoL

Yes d.e. is a good source of silica but of you want quick results I would grab a bottle of liquid silica and do a foliar spray.

Lacewings do mature and will fly off yes.
