Leaf Septoria, calcium deficiency in seedling or normal?

This is my seedling, I’m new to medical marijuana growing. Is this normal? Is this leaf septoria or a calcium deficiency from the wrong PH in the water I used?

It's hard to say for sure looking a 1 little leaf. Look close at your plant. Look up Thrips damage on cannabis.

It's caused by what you sprayed on it in the other thread you started.
