Ya don`t trip thats minor I get that too. I changed my ferts in veg now I get that but I can deal it. I love my simple dynagrow. I really think in my case its getting the calmag right I use RO so when I add calmag n is high but other than the lil leaf issue the plants look dam good.

Almost looks calcium deficient except the spots aren't on the veins, they're between the veins (interveinal). Would have to look that one up, but I almost wanna say a boron deficiency (very weird, rare deficiency to develop). Looking it up (boron), don't think that's it.

I know nothing about Ionic nutes, don't know what's in them, what the formulation is, how well they play with others or anything like that.

Honestly, I have no answers on this, but this will bump you and hopefully someone with more experience can offer up ideas.

is ur system a RWDC? r running a chiller because if not ur ambient air temp of 80 makes ur buckets even hotter and ur getting root rot with low dissolved o2 levels.. that's what is giving u deficiencies...

Your temperature of your nutrient solution is too high, leading to root issues. Your target zone is 65-68 degrees F. More oxygen, less pathogen. A chiller is a machine that cools your water. Nice units with thermostats can be a little pricey, but worth their weight in buds. Hope that helps! Peace

So aside from a chiller any suggestions on getting the water temp down? This is closet grow so no real way to vent?

That's a problem, you have to be able to get air not just circulating, but ventilating. Fresh air is important.
Not sure what RWDC is? Also can you explain what a chiller is?
RDWC = recirculating deep water culture, a form of hydroponics.

A chiller does just that, chills. Water, instead of air. It's a water chiller.

Without knowing anything else other than this is a tent grow, I suggest one of those portable AC units.

Well shit. I guess I need to come up with a way to get old air out and new air in. Any suggestions on a closet grow? Can't drill holes in the walls or roof?

Sorry, not my gig, I have pretty much the entirety of our property at my disposal and haven't been limited to a closet. Many others here are very well-versed.

Sure, or a couple/few muffin fans. I use muffin fans I cabbaged from a reef tank lighting hood for my veg-table.

Your home has to be getting some ventilation, so if you can get some of that going through the tent, that would be helpful. Most folks would recommend using a scrubber for that task, again, an area where I really can't be very helpful.
