Purchased my first LED veg light and it's been frustrating to say the least. I've managed to kill enough plants in a short period of time to make me re-think this whole LED thing. I had no idea just how powerful these things have become. Turned the dial down to 25% or so and keeping plants alive.

My question: has anyone used this product?

From what I've read here I should probably back down to 350?

thanks in advance

I’ve been using LED for the past 5 grows and have had good luck, but I’m using an LED light from California Lightworks that doesn’t require any adjustments from veg through flowering. Just need to use 18” from plants during veg and 24” during flowering. Sorry I can’t comment about your question but LED lights do work well. Don’t beat yourself up for your first grow. Mine was a train wreck but I learn something from each grow. Your plants look good for first time.

I really like my led's but use 5000K compact florescents when seedlings then move up to T5 florescents 4200K when bigger. When small they don't need much light but mainly need the right spectrum of light (far blue simulating Springtime). Far red mainly for flower simulates Fall with a 3500k throuhout veg and flower also.

I (unlike many) use 24hr light for 30 days prior to 12/12 so not sure if that makes a difference.
