leave has spots

I am getting rusted leaf on the lower portion of the plants. it looks like it has little silvery spots on the top of the leaf....do not notice any pest under the leaf.
any suggestion will be greatly appreciated

No pix, incredibly vague description... you can expect someone to tell you to scrap it at best.
