Leaves are getting yellow spots, but no insects what could it be?

I’m a new grower
Wasn’t 100% satisfied when the clones arrived, some bigger some smaller, not all of them looked the healthiest but overall they’re ok
Planted them almost a week ago
Some of the leaves becoming yellowish, not fully more like stripe, checked for insects and they’re clean (thank god)
Read somewhere that it might from a lack of nutrients.
Can someone help me with it and explain what’s happening and what should i do?
