Leaves deformed ages to grow

Anyone can help me to solve this problem?

I did the seeding process but its been 2 weeks my plant is like that on the picture. What should I do?

I have done the same for the other two ones. And they are going very well. Same soil, I m not doing it too professional way so cant tell you ph , temperature. But I m keeping my bedroom hot and giving lots of light

Looks like a damp out maybe if the hrs are too close to 12/12 maybe a hormonal issue

I cant see any new shoots so i gather thats the end of the line for it..i had a similar plant with no top couple grows back but luckily i had a couple sets of nodes to keep it growing..
