leaves folding down. How can I fix it

This plant is about 3 weeks old and it’s leaves have begun to fold down, it started 3 days ago and increased slightly day by day. It is Guava OG and is growing under a 1000w full spectrum light, I figured it was over or under watered but I water it the same as the other and the other plant is doing fine

They are over watered. Please look for a thread started by @Aqua Man about plants being too dry. The time it takes for it to bounce back is so short, but over water takes much longer to dry out.
