LED grow bar without instructions

I ordered a light bar from ECO farm the picture looked like the one i have from Kind with a three section power cord with the driver on the cord. this one has a red and black wire coming out of the light bar and three wires coming out of the power cord yellow & Blue wire,Black wire & a brown wire. the red wire on the light bar is + the black is soldered to the negative. How do i wire this piece of junk?

well since electrical has different color codes for different countries then the manufacturer will be the place to seek that information. my guess is the brown is ground, black is neutral, and the blue and yellow is power. please don't follow my guess, I am only throwing it out to see if I am correct.

They answered my email at 11:30 last night,Cracken had the correct answer. I have an HLG one coming in the mail tomorrow i will use and give this one to some neighbor with a 600 hps for their 4 by 4 tent. thanks for the replies
