This was my last finish. I ran blueberry kush and white widow. I defoliated leds on these than I did last time and for sake of time I took a ton of lower and turned it into butter rather than mess with it. This run all that “garbage” will go into 100 colas 30% larger than last.

It’s more about the budsites you do have getting optimum lighting. The lower budsites never develop fully. I have done 3 stage harvests. Takes forever and the yield per plant goes up but the total flowering time can be increased by as much as a month. This is with ScrOG style growing. That’s why we defoliate and cut back so much. What’s left with training turns into a canopy of solid bud. Almost no garbage, and very little trimming when harvest does come.

I have been tying everything I can down and back out of the way for other budsites to get more light. I have a few that dont look like they will make it to the top but they change daily. Everything inside those canopies is alive and moving. I can tie one back and another takes its place the next day. Alot od training going on here. I am getting a scrog setup built to fit and am going to mount it Saturday with my solution change. I do have to say all of the growth looks pretty healthy with a couple small exceptions. Hopefully a scrog helps me tame these jungles I have going on. Super excited...

Well here are their new pics. They finally have enough length for me to tie them back. Opened up the middle considerably. They are happy. Eating alot. The PH keeps dropping and the EC keeps dropping. This week I had to add a gallon every other day. These girls are Thirsty. They are at almost 14 inches. Ec is 1.568 and ph set at 6.01.nutes are at 75% and they seem to want more.Happy Daddy here. Lol

Well trellis is up please dont judge too hard. Lol. First time and I made it from scratch. Just a simple net and I stapled it to the studs. I can really see all of the budsites now. I will defol them this weekend. They have gotten massive since Saturday. That's only 3 days. They have pretty much filled up the bottom of my growbox. Stunned... maybe I should have done a journal in the forums.

The one downside to scrog is how your first run teaches you that you should chop everything that’s not going to make the canopy. In my experience I have found that
1) decide what hight I will ScrOG.
2) chop everything down so when the plants are under the nets, the main bud sites are all just above (think lolly popping so the wonky growth is above the canopy when you swap to 12/12) this is the hardest thing to get down because of how much you chop off.
3) install plants under netting as described above. What this means is everything that flowers will be grade A (can be ). Everything below the canopy with be scarf. You can do multiple harvests but plan on really dragging it on.

This round I have achieved almost perfection with this approach. I’ll try and throw some photos up. I knew this when I started but it took several times before I could bring myself to such satanism
