Led Light For Seedlings...

Hey everyone....I am soon to attempt my first auto flower soil grow and I have this small LED light I was using for other plants and was wondering if this would work for the early stages of growth. I do have a 300w LED in my grow tent but I think it would be to much for a small plant. Would this small LED light work the same as a CFL 5000k light?

Would use CFL's ( they do make 500 watters" LED's like the one you mentioned are not good for use - way to weak (would need many)

You can keep light 2-10 inches from plant - 6-8 inches id =s the "sweet spot" (use back of hand test)
