I would really like to know what people think out there. Which light grows a faster and stronger plant ?

Electric sky ES300 one of the best veg/bloom lights I've seen. Doesn't produce a lot of heat. & 2 lights are equivalent to 900 w led also the area coverage is very nice

For anyone landing on this older thread: T5s still make sense where headroom is tight, since they can run close to the tops. For LEDs, our LED grow light types guide compares boards, bars and COBs, and the PPFD and DLI guide covers veg light targets plus T5 hanging distances.
