before I start I’m in California..
Anybody know the legalities of this? State law doesn’t really give a good description but I know awhile back years ago the state allowed a person to have more plants in veg “Immature” because there is barely any THC content in the plant (What if a person was growing it solely for hemp or CBD?) so what if a person were to veg outdoors and flower indoors (I know bugs bugs bugs).. but it minimizes the smell nuisance, small chance of theft (cause we all know, who the hell is going to steal a plant in veg? Lol) Cause like I said what if it was a hemp plant? Or is hemp not allowed outdoors too? I mean hell opium poppy’s are legal to grow (they sell the seeds at nurseries) as long as you don’t slice them or tamper with them.. but yeah anybody have any knowledge on this?
