Let me get this straight: F1 x F1 seed phenotypes sort into 4 phenotypes?

Help!

Want to cross Chocolope Candy (Chocolope x Candy) and Blue Hashplant (The White x Blue Bonnet) and make seeds and grow those out next year...

Questions
1) Can I assume both are F1 crosses?
2) Which F1 would make a better receiver and which one a better donor? Or does it depend on the strains?
3) When I grow out the CC x BH seeds next year, will the offspring sort into 4 main phenotypes of the F1 crosses parents?
25% Chocolope
25% Candy
25% The White
25% Blue Bonnet (Riot's Blueberry cultivar that he crosses with everything)
4) In my past experiences, the more Sativa parent dominates the offspring more. Has this been your experience?

3) My understanding is no. You'll get four different expressions PER GENE. That's a lot of combinations.

(I have some Blue Bonnet on the way. I'm psyched!)
