It's been 2 weeks with my buds in jar burping every day 62% humidity constantly I don't have to add packs or anything highest it has rose is 63% but other than that 62% used a tortilla shell when I added to jar after it read 56% got it at 62% been that way since...read an article about putting in freezer to cure I owed it to myself to try long as I been waiting..I put in a glass dish with lid at 9am opened at 4pm to let dry and put back in freezer until 7:00 and took out to dry. I've tried the jar and the freezer test my yield ..HANDS DOWN THE FREEZER METHOD SMELLS AND TASTE SO GOOD AND IS EXTREMELY POTIENT..THE JAR ITS SMELLS GREAT AND TASTE EARTHLY GUESS BECAUSE ITS NOT FULLY CURED YET BUT IT WILL PUT U ON YOUR BUTT HAD 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TELL ME WE DID A TRIAL THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHICH WAS WHICH...5 OUT OF 6 LIKED THE FREEZER BECAUSE IT HAD THE SMELL AND TASTE OF ALL 3 STRAINS WHITE WIDOW GORILLA GLUE AND OG KUSH...HERE IS A PICK OF THE LAST OF FREEZER I PUT THE REST BACK IN JAR..BUT NEXT TIME THINK IM GOING WITH FREEZER METHOD IT SMELLS way better than the jar and the jar smells like fruity pebbles the freezer smells like a air head and taste great lol

I'm interested to see how this turns out for you, I hear mixed things, but the cool makes perfect sense. Just too cold might could fracture trichomes, so watch the shaking when cold. It's certainly an interesting thought.

everything still in jar with constant humidity at 62% ..its been 2 weeks now but i was told u have to try out your grow to understand the taste smell etc. like a chef but i tested first week in jar didnt have flavor n taste ..did a little research to try out freezer and i seen so many ways to do it with dry ice and all this extra stuff but i ran across a google search talking about the freezer method i wanted to try. so i took a nice pinch put in jar with lid and put in back of freezer at 7:00 am took out at 2:00pm and let sit for a hour and put back in freezer for 5 more hours and took out to let dry. soon as i opened jar the smell was so good it was still cold so i waited for it to dry out about 30 min and then tested ..it was awsome im still waitin to fully cure in jar but only way u will know where you at is to try it out we owe it to ourself to know for future reference but so far quick method freezer works if you want to try your yield

It's looking great, Nick. Nice and thick inside. Looks like most, or all (hopefully) of your issues have been simply washed/trimmed away. I think the plant has a way of protecting itself in the central area, if trichome development is sufficient before the assault, to protect against seeds becoming affected by late onset stages of PM, or fungi, (brought on by autumn/fall conditions, and spores) and it's an evolutionary mechanism, for protecting seedling development, for the next harvest. ie. the outside seeds might not grow, but the center ones survive.
