Light coming off led when turned off

My led lights when switched off emit a couple red and blue lights still and I switched to flower about 5 days ago and was wondering that little bit of light coming off of them will turn them into hermie

id say if like isnt shutting off ,id be more concerned with a fire issue instead of flowers ,might look into a warranty on that mate,your answer is yes by the way unless the lights are green,green wont effect them flowering
