can you measure your ppfd?

i m with a 200W led.

i start my seed with the light 80cm away from the soil @80% i don't move the light or change the dimming until plant tops are 30cm away from the LED

so with a 240W 80cm from the soil @ 60% to 70% should be good for a while i'd say

you can have 2 200W led lamps but they will give huge difference in lights.best you can do is download an app on the phone or buy a lux or ppfd meter
phone app is called ppfd meter i tested it with a lux meter and it didnt lie much i think after 60 or 80K on my phone soo for a free product its not that bad

it's surprising siri wrong with the conversion.

The ppfd meter said 1429 but I don't think that is right but I did change light highth 2 31 inches

Also today it's 62° outside so I set my indoor plants outside to get some sun that is fine right and I've been ordering my auto seeds off fastbuds and it's cost bout 15$ a seed does anybody know where to get better deal

how much you'll get can vary widely depending your growing skill, strain and phenotype.

usually it's advised to no bring plant from outdoor to indoor to prevent pest.
