light material

so im in need of light reflecting material for inside my box. i need one that lets heat pass through it so it doesnt get so hot in there, and also one that keeps light in and doesnt allow it to be seen from the outside. so just need some ideas on some that can do both of those things.

Permaflect by hydrofarm is what I use a lot lower maintenace and more durability than ur traditional mylar as well as increased difussion. I would suggest that, it runs about 35-40$ for 25' roll.

ive heard about painting it flat white, but would this keep all the light in?
