Light meter and search help needed

I feel the need for a light meter.
For indoor and outdoor.
I don't care to be a straight man for that guy who can only suggest I do a search.
So I did a search and can not get anything. "light meter" & "meter" get hits, but the words are not in the links. What the hell is going on here? I have NEVER been able to get search to work on this forum, but I have seen plenty of scorn heaped on others for their failures.
So here it is:
Cheep is the first criteria.
Light Meter Wanted.
What do you suggest I buy?

Search google for a "PAR meter" that is what the brains call a light meter, there are a ton of them

Dunge, i have found that using google to search the farm is very effective.
