Light Schedule?

Hello I moved some plants to flower about ten days ago. The timer is set to 3pm-3am but I want to change it to 10am-10pm. Can I change it in one day or should i gradually change it?

At ten days just go for it...
its 7 hours, doing it gradually will not make much difference to plant.
So don't waist time.
