light spectrum in the dark cycle, green??

hi everyone reading tons of articles on everything and I'm wondering how inspect/water photoperiodic plants during the night cycle? i've read that u can use green light, ok but i'm currently running an auto under a full spectrum led light as many light producer now state that plants use green spectrum. so will the only green light mess up the cycle or not? the influence of green is minimal and is all a scam?
