can i sex my plant then put it back on 24 hours a day? or what should i do after sexing just continue to let bud?

Yes after you sex your plant you can put it back to 24 hrs light to put it back in to vegitative state...but what you should do depends on what you'd like to accomplish with your plant. If you're looking to mother than 24 hrs it is...but if you'd like to flower and the plant is at the size you'd like it at than remove the males and continue on the flowering cycle.
