lightish brown bug..any ideas?

i`ve found a lightish brown bug,very hard 2 c but it is like ovaly shape moves like a worm would do,no wings or anything,any 1 no what it is?

Regardless of what it is if its in the worm family or caterpillar or nymph stage of its life. It will grow wings. So kill it
