lights came on before time 3rd week of flower

my lights have been coming on from 8am to 8 pm i went in my room today and noticed the the light was on in the tent im not sure how long they were on maybe around an hour . im beginning week 3 of flower i cut the lights off but there about to come back on . will this hurt my plant in a bad way?

Just a few instances won’t damage the cycle too much but chances of making a stress hermie increases if this becomes a regular thing. I believe u caught it in time and it will be ok , may have to add a week to thr final finish time to be sure.
