Most LED lights on the market right now are scams that work poorly, if at all. Look and see what kind of LEDs it uses, if it uses a bunch (like hundreds) of little indicator lights, it's useless. It has to use high output LEDs. The Procyon 100 is one example of a decent fixture. Even so, I'd recommend against LEDs for the time being, as the technology (as it applies to grow lights) is immature and expensive.
