Lite green dots on leaf

This is my 3 rd grow and I'm still learning, these are 30 days old, using happy frog with green sunshine s earth dust dry ammendments. I will be top dressing this weekend. One plant has these lite green dots on leaves. Is this something to worry about? I am aslo using a qb hlg 620 watt kit. I have to light on 75% and 36" from canopy. Should I gon100% and drop to 24"?

Let's see if we can get this tread moving...I'm not a dirt grower so...spots could be a over spray or splash from watering..I do know you need to water towards the pot and not at the plant..for root growth...and 30 days? Is that right? Looks like week or two..IDK your light.but maybe raise it some..what are your temps,water schedule..ect?

Check for Thrips, have a good look though.

My plants started to look that way also. After i started checking nutes and adjusting using a ppm meter they slowing went away.
