Little science notes on bioreactor

This will be the log of attempting bioreactors.

Week 1

• Initiation into culture
  • Nodes cut down to 3mm above and below a node​
  • Surface sterilized for culture​
  • Cuts are placed in culture bags in gel media​

Week 2

• Sub-cultured into bioreactor fluid media. Approx. 2 cm growth coming out of the bags​
• Sub-cultured into reactor on 3.26.24​
