Little White Worms?

I have tiny white worm looking things on the bottom of my leaves they move pretty fast. What exactly are they and whats the best way to get rid of them? Looks like they leave little white dots on the leaves also... thanmks

black heads=fungus gnat larvae
all white=potworms (enchytraeids)
on leaves=thrip leafminer or whitefly larvae

Sounds like thrips. There are many organic and non-organic ways to take care of it. Search thrips and see if that's what you have. Generally a pretty easy pest to deal with

They are all white. I didnt think they were thrips because I put the yellow sticky traps everywhere and haven't caught any yet...

thrips and leafminers are attracted to the BLUE sticky cards.

No pics my phone couldnt zoom in good enough to see them. I am going to buy the blue cards tmw. Do you think I should also spray with captain jacks though?

plants in veg then yes i would spray em with the capt jacks now while you wait.and again in 10 days
