Hey fellas & ladies. I have been using general hydro nutrients and have been having great results with there nutes. But I want to get into the living soil. What are some mixes that work well for your guys. So far I see build a soil looks like they have a good recipe. With good reviews. And obviously a lot of the super soil recipes. Just curious what works good for you all. This is for outdoor also.

I make my own base with peat/coco/rice hull and then add bone char, soybean meal and gypsum. Last step is innoculating it with about a gallon of soil from last run in order to put the microbials back in. I use myco when transplanting.

Do you mix it all together or do layers

I mix it alli in a plastic kids pool with a paddle stirrer attached to a drill.

CLackamus Coot! he is the bomb....listen to tads podcasts he rules. His site is KIS organics. Mountain Organics is also a awesome resource. The more time you spend learning about organics and living soils the better it took me a whole season to fully understand....
