Peaceblaster #3 finally decided to stop pumping the breaks.

She looks like she's gonna be some pretty lethal flower just like her little sister PB2. (PB 4 seems to be more of a pure sativa expression closer to #1. #3 seems a bit between 2 and 4. And #1 is pretty much a spitting image of the Columbian flower so far.

Pb3

Ole Blue, my blueberry indica dominant OJ x BB pheno seems to be the fastest flowering, most pest and fungi resistant both. I have a cross with her and haymeadow Purps running at the cuddle puddle in the side yard. She looks like she's gonna be some funk & wagnal's quality flower too.

She got them foo-man-choo leaves, but on an indica. I like it. Also she's blue. Which is pretty fucking sweet for a blueberry pheno

Meant to post this yesterday lol. Just found it browsing my phone eating lunch

@RoyalQueenSeeds

This punch pie has probably been one of the most impressive plants I've ever run so far. Even though it's my smallest saddest looking plant.

Here's why.

Your browser is not able to display this video.

I've never actually had a container bound plant of any species survive a root wither as aggressive as whatever this one caught when little. Let alone a seedling lol.

I don't think it was a matter of being sensitive to it either, just bad luck. I had forgot to pasturize my homemade compost before I used it in an indoor container mix. Prob how it caught it. Normally with something that aggressive I'd just kill and remove the plant. Could tell she was fighting hard herself tho.

Her will to survive is pretty legendary. That clone earned its spot long before the plant even went into flower

pic dump. The porn's getting pornier.

The hash this year is gonna be to die for. Can't wait

Mexi red x Afghani starting to fade out and enter the final stretch. Not much longer for her at all. Few weeks left maybe less maybe little more. She's been real fast so far.

Still regret not putting her out with the big girls lol

Your plants look fantastic, I hope your weather stays perfect.

I have to bother you again, sorry. I want to head off mass Botrytis after our coming rain.
Our weather is supposed to turn rainy in 2 days and I would like to spray my plants with your citric acid solution.

Formula: 1lb citric acid per 1.5 gallons of water
Spray right after and while still wet from rain.

Should I cover the dirt?
Okay in late flower?
If it rains again 24hrs. later do I repeat the spraying?
Anything else I should know?

We both know damn well I bug you more then you bug me

I re apply after rain when I use it yes.

Def start using it *before* botrytis sets in.

That ratio was a rough guess from memory. I do 10,000 PPM citric acid in the solution. Roughly 1%. I think it ends up being like a lb of pure citric for 1.5 to 2 gals somewhere around there. That was basically just to let you know that if you use it you're going to be using more than you think you would. In case you went to buy it in a pure form to make your own so you didn't under-buy.

Thinking now though I'm pretty sure that one pound per 1.5 gallons of water is a bit much. I estimated and I probably estimated wrong. Been half a decade since I've used it lmao.

Do not apply to plants while they are dry and soil is dry. One or both need to be wet. It a piss any potential phytotoxicity.

I'd probably spray them good with an H2O2 solution before the rains come through.with enough time to dry after. And then probably put the citric acid on them while they were still wet right as the rains are moving on. Then just reapply after every good rain event.

If you don't have any botrytis on your plants now and you do the treatments in that manner, it's very likely you will finish losing little to *none* of your flower. Seriously. Back in KC most seasons I only ever sprayed citric 3-5 times all flower long + spot leaf sprays here and there. If it doesn't rain hard enough to wash the flowers out, no need to reapply anywhere but fan leaves for PM. Used properly you will rarely if ever see either one.

Should I cover the soil when I spray the citric acid?

What formula of 3% H2O2 and water do you use?

The formula I use for h202 specifically is I pour an ounce or so of it into a gallon of water. As far as I've ever been able to tell using it that heavy has never done any damage to any plants in any perceivable way so far.

I've never covered the soil before but it's gonna end up there the next time it rains heavy either way if you use it. So... I guess use your judgement

Stuff happened to my little peaceblaster #2 clone today.

Stuff will continue to happen to her buds daily until these little sticks in the bottle stop making pollen.

I was a little bit aggressive with the pollen but it'll be ok. Wind was low, the dew tonight will kill what didn't hit pistils.

Ill give her a sprits with an h202 solution to wash her leaves clean tomorrow afternoon. She'll prob get hit again following day. I want as many seeds of this cross as i can make. I have full hunt plans. My dream-indica is in there somewhere. The potential in this one gives me chills.

And if everything dies blame Oldchucky or Deadstill because they use it too and have been here longer then I have

But it didn't have anything to do with the citric acid if that happens. Can cause some spotty leaf issues with mild phytotoxicity applied in super dry conditions. Will make your pistils redden and shrivel early if its too dry too. But so can sunny weather after a brief rain lol Those are the biggest risks ive come across with it personally pretty sure a healthy soil ecosystem just consumes it like it does most other chemically organic compounds, that's what seems like happens anyway

Are you gonna spray the ones you pollinated with h2o2? If so dont do it if you want more seeds, h2o2 makes the pollen burst. I used h2o2 to keep my hermy from pollinating the rest and it worked so far. Even the hermy has barely any seeds.

Just getting it wet makes pollen non viable lol, no h202 necessary. you can just use water and that will work all the same. h202 just also prevents the pollen from molding ime. Plain water doesnt work for all species of pollen, but def does for hemp and cannabis.

And Yes, but i wait until following day at earliest. It was humid so it was slightly clumpy and a lot ended up in the trichomes on the sugar leaves.

I know from past bad experiences, if i dont wash that clumped pollen off with an h202 solution the afternoon after i pollenate, it WILL cause mold problems on that bud. Always has for me before.

So my process is gonna be pollenate the bud heavily. Let the morning dew kill the extra pollen, then that following afternoon ill rinse the leaves with the h202 solution. Day after that, pollenate again. Ill probably hit every bud on that plant half a dozen times by the time my pollen sticks in that bottle run dry. As long as it gets a little bit of natural sunlight, every flower on those male sticks will still bust open in a bottle of water. Ill have pollen for the next week or more. You just lift the foil up, tap it all into a line, then fold it into an envelope and press it flat, bag it up, and can deep freeze it for like 3 years and itll still be viable too. I am no plant sex virgin though, that's for sure.

Glad it’s working out! Amazing what you can find when you get out there in the dark! You can mow right through it! Shows up, mold, mildew, bud, rot, pretty much any kind of dead growth, and you can deal with it! I wouldn’t trade Mine either! Take them to the finish, line, brother! And on top of that, it’s kind of fun and interesting! L O L

These are the two plants I'm spending the most time with recently. Such beautiful flowers on both of them. Chef's kiss.

Mystery sativa about to go into foxtail mode early. Can see it just starting. She's gonna be a wild looking flower by finish.

Mexi Red x Afghani. Stock image caliber flower structure lol

Adding Mexi red x Afghani to the fungi treatments. Prob won't hit her with citric just yet, but def gonna do some h202 foliars on her once she's fully in the sun

Just did a real good once over. Still no signs of PM or any fungal presence on the peace lasters yet. I'm sure it'll show up eventually, but they are def my most fungi resistant plants.

The Biggs got treated a couple weeks ago. Tammy's got added few days later. Now it's Mexi red x Afghani time. Her buds are too dense and Afghan dominant and she's just too small a plant (much like the Tammy's) for me to be willing to let it ride and see how bad it'll get. I'll prob be doing that if it shows up on the Peaceblasters though, but won't let it get totally unmanageable there, but will def lit it ride longer then this.

Much bout the phenos being learned

Not the sharpest picture, but this very likely may not even be powdery mildew, its blurry but thats a wooly aphid on the leaf right above it. And they like to leave white powdery splotches in the morning doo sometimes. Its probably that, just not gonna take chances with her, shes too beautiful a flower.

Gonna try and just keep it to daily h202 foliars on her while sun lit, i dont even want to put citric acid on her and risk the dry weather phytotoxicity, she just looks too perfect, and she's starting to fade and consume her older fan leaves, shell be done in a couple weeks most likely.

How much spray do you have to mix up for your plants? And do you spray them all?

Usually I would. If a plant has bad pm going unnoticed it can often jump ship to a more resistant plant later in flower.

I'm not this season for any plants until I noticed for sure pm or something. I wanna know which of my plants are most user friendly here. I'm just so far not getting anything but perfect weather. Forecast showing a week of straight rain starting in about a week though.

That spot on the leaf on that last pic was totally gone after dew. And picked some wooly aphids off her. So I'm gonna let her ride. Those bastards leave a powdery sometimes sticky white spot wherever they come in contact with a dew drop lol.

When I spray h202 I spray enough to wash the plant off pretty much, including buds, I just make sure conditions are good for them drying quickly. I actually never used h20w solutions on cannabis til this year, just cucumbers and stuff. I think it was Stokes who told me it's just fine. So I added it into my procedure on a couple small plants I was treating anyway. And yea. It's like the least damaging thing I've ever put on cannabis flowers tbh. I even tested it ont he Tammy's at way higher rates then recommended and it didn't do a damn thing to look or smell. Didn't hurt the tissues. And they are very clean looking buds too lmao.. currently haven't done citric on them since last rains, im curious how daily h202 foliars alone will handle rock dense cookies-style flowers outside.

Usually I do citric acid coming into flower outside. And that's it.

When I spray citric acid I just spray lightly and evenly in the surface of the leaves and buds. Not enough to drench and drip. Its spreads pretty good when the plant's already or recently been wet. Most premixed formulas have some light plant safe soaps for help it spread evenly. I rarely did that. But ymmv.
