We both know damn well I bug you more then you bug meYour plants look fantastic, I hope your weather stays perfect.
I have to bother you again, sorry. I want to head off mass Botrytis after our coming rain.
Our weather is supposed to turn rainy in 2 days and I would like to spray my plants with your citric acid solution.
Formula: 1lb citric acid per 1.5 gallons of water
Spray right after and while still wet from rain.
Should I cover the dirt?
Okay in late flower?
If it rains again 24hrs. later do I repeat the spraying?
Anything else I should know?
The formula I use for h202 specifically is I pour an ounce or so of it into a gallon of water. As far as I've ever been able to tell using it that heavy has never done any damage to any plants in any perceivable way so far.Should I cover the soil when I spray the citric acid?
What formula of 3% H2O2 and water do you use?
Thank you, and if everything dies............................The formula I use for h202 specifically is I pour an ounce or so of it into a gallon of water. As far as I've ever been able to tell using it that heavy has never done any damage to any plants in any perceivable way so far.
I've never covered the soil before but it's gonna end up there the next time it rains heavy either way if you use it. So... I guess use your judgement
And if everything dies blame Oldchucky or Deadstill because they use it too and have been here longer then I haveThank you, and if everything dies............................
Plant pornStuff happened to my little peaceblaster #2 clone today.
Stuff will continue to happen to her buds daily until these little sticks in the bottle stop making pollen.
I was a little bit aggressive with the pollen but it'll be ok. Wind was low, the dew tonight will kill what didn't hit pistils.
Ill give her a sprits with an h202 solution to wash her leaves clean tomorrow afternoon. She'll prob get hit again following day. I want as many seeds of this cross as i can make. I have full hunt plans. My dream-indica is in there somewhere. The potential in this one gives me chills.
Just getting it wet makes pollen non viable lol, no h202 necessary. you can just use water and that will work all the same. h202 just also prevents the pollen from molding ime. Plain water doesnt work for all species of pollen, but def does for hemp and cannabis.Plant porn
Are you gonna spray the ones you pollinated with h2o2? If so dont do it if you want more seeds, h2o2 makes the pollen burst. I used h2o2 to keep my hermy from pollinating the rest and it worked so far. Even the hermy has barely any seeds.
"Additionally, we previously confirmed that 3% hydrogen peroxide burst pollen independent of contact lenses."
Is Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfection Effective for Cleaning Pollen Particles Attached to Contact Lenses? - PMC
It has been proven that wearing soft contact lenses (SCLs) can make pollen-induced allergic conjunctivitis worse. We investigated the cleaning effect of disinfectants and rinsing solution on cedar pollen attached to SCLs. Two-week replacement ...www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Thanks for the suggestion. That's about a dozen fat flowers I won't be losing to rot nowSweet! You can cover a lot of ground with Them! Cheers!
How much spray do you have to mix up for your plants? And do you spray them all?Adding Mexi red x Afghani to the fungi treatments. Prob won't hit her with citric just yet, but def gonna do some h202 foliars on her once she's fully in the sun
Just did a real good once over. Still no signs of PM or any fungal presence on the peace lasters yet. I'm sure it'll show up eventually, but they are def my most fungi resistant plants.
The Biggs got treated a couple weeks ago. Tammy's got added few days later. Now it's Mexi red x Afghani time. Her buds are too dense and Afghan dominant and she's just too small a plant (much like the Tammy's) for me to be willing to let it ride and see how bad it'll get. I'll prob be doing that if it shows up on the Peaceblasters though, but won't let it get totally unmanageable there, but will def lit it ride longer then this.
Much bout the phenos being learned
Not the sharpest picture, but this very likely may not even be powdery mildew, its blurry but thats a wooly aphid on the leaf right above it. And they like to leave white powdery splotches in the morning doo sometimes. Its probably that, just not gonna take chances with her, shes too beautiful a flower.
Gonna try and just keep it to daily h202 foliars on her while sun lit, i dont even want to put citric acid on her and risk the dry weather phytotoxicity, she just looks too perfect, and she's starting to fade and consume her older fan leaves, shell be done in a couple weeks most likely.
Usually I would. If a plant has bad pm going unnoticed it can often jump ship to a more resistant plant later in flower. How much spray do you have to mix up for your plants? And do you spray them all?
