Looking for a silver thiosulfate recipe

Does anyone here have a tried and true sts recipe? I've been looking all over YouTube and the Internet and I can't find two recipes that are the same or even close to each other. They are all different in sure one is right but I don't feel like choosing lol. So yeah some help would be appreciated.

Why not check out Amazon and see what the reviews are like? The sprays I’ve seen on there seem to have plenty of success in the reviews.

I've looked everywhere for STS recipe/info. For me this was the one, have reversed twice now with great success.
