Looking for frost resistant strain

Well this year my garden outside has taken a hit.. we had 4 days below freezing and 3 of the nights were minus 3 Celsius... had heavy frost and most of the large fan leaves are just wilted like old Salad.

So looking for solid large yielding ... cold thriving/tolerant ... but mostly needs to be heavy frost resistant
