Looking for help with Roots Organic

So I've been running Roots Organic and their schedule just as they say. My yields are so small. Now I understand that organic may be smaller but my flower is tiny. What am I doing wrong? Is this par for the course on organics? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing everyone that can help you will ask for is pics and the specs of your grow. Lights, temps, humidity, and all that jazz. I hope you get some answers.

Im using the AC Infinity Evo, daytime temps range in the mid 80's with nightime temps in the mid 70's. Right now the humidity is in the 40%. The photo below is my Jelly Donutz right before she got cut.

Week 1: Hey everybody I'm flipping today.
Week 2: Ah, look at her stretch!
Week 3: Oh look, hairs!
Week 4: Check it out, there's officially buds.
Week 5: Why do my buds look anorexic?
Week 8: Oh no, somethings wrong my leaves are dying!
Week 10: Wow, they fattened up after all.
Week 12: I wonder how it would have tasted if I hadn't chopped a week and a half ago?

It doesnt matter if the breeder says its an 8 wk plant...
I'm telling you after 100+ grows that you were weeks early
Your buds were still completely full of white hairs, no where near done.
I am trying to help you here, not bust your chops.

Do you not go off the trichomes. I wait till I start seeing amber in them. Obviously not all of them but when they are milky with a few amber in there. I've been told that that's a better way of checking. Is that not true in your opinion

Yes the Trichs are the ultimate decider in my opinion. I would be shocked if you had amber. They just appear to be really immature to me.
This is one of mine on harvest day. Do you see the difference in the pistils? This was with about 10% amber Trichs.

My buddy has been growing for a long time and he looked at them too, lol. Possible harvesting too early aside shouldn't they be bigger for 9 weeks.

Maybe so. There are many factors involved that can affect bud size. I always try to break things down to the lowest level so you can start with the least amount of variables. You gotta have really good dirt. You gotta have really bright light. You gotta have plenty of water. You gotta have really good genetics. If you get these 4 things right, growing really is very simple. Lights and water are super simple so for the dirt part I use the KIS Organics water only soil recipe. I make it exactly as they say on their website or you can even buy it from them. I use only roots terp tea grow and bloom according to the schedule. I brew the tea and water with it per the schedule and water only the rest of the time. I do a 20/4 light schedule and I get 5-10 ozs per plant depending on the genetics. Hope this helps

I do both but I think the teas might be available to the plant a little faster although i dont have any science to prove it. I have used the same soil for many grows and just reamend it after each one and it keeps getting better.
