Looking for thoughts between the two

So as the title says I’m just curious, I’m between two lights atm and curious if anyone has used them and would suggest one over the other. This will be for all purpose growth so seed to finish, atm I’m between a spider farm SF1000 and a HLG 100 Rspec so any thoughts or anything would be great
